Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Ahnwyn Studios, we are committed to providing high-quality wedding videography and photography services. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is structured to protect our time, resources, and scheduling commitments. Please review our refund terms carefully before booking.

1. Wedding Retainer & Booking Fees

  • A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date.

  • This retainer covers administrative costs, consultation time, and loss of potential bookings for the reserved date.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If the client cancels more than 14 days before the wedding date, no additional payments are required beyond the non-refundable retainer.

    • If the client cancels within 14 days of the wedding, 45% of the total package price will be due, as we may not be able to rebook the date.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days before the wedding. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

    • If we are unavailable for your new date, the standard cancellation policy applies.

  • Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If we are unable to fulfill our services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will make every effort to provide a replacement videographer/photographer of equal quality. If a replacement is not available, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Refunds & Dissatisfaction Policy

  • Due to the subjective nature of photography and videography, refunds will not be issued based on personal preferences regarding artistic style, composition, or editing.

  • If an issue arises due to an error on our part, we will offer reasonable corrections or re-editing at no additional charge.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed shots due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, guest interference, or timeline delays.

4. Force Majeure Clause

  • In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control, a partial or full refund will be issued. Clients may reschedule at no additional cost within 6 months of the original wedding date, subject to availability.

5. Digital & Final Deliverables

  • Once final edits are delivered, no refunds will be granted.

  • If a client requests additional edits beyond the agreed package, an additional fee may apply.
