1. Services & Booking

• 1.1. Service Overview:

  • Ahnwyn Studios provides professional videography and photography services. Details of our services, packages, and pricing are available on our website or through direct consultation.

• 1.2. Wedding Booking & Retainers:

  • To secure a wedding date, a non-refundable retainer of 25% is required.

  • The remaining balance must be paid when the clients recieve the final edited Photos or Videos.​

  • Your booking is not confirmed until we receive the retainer payment and a signed contract.

• 1.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: The retainer is non-refundable. If canceled within 14 days of the wedding, 45% of the total package price will be due.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may request rescheduling at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability and possible rescheduling fees.

  • Vendor-Initiated Cancellations: If Ahnwyn Studios cannot fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a replacement. If not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Website Use

• 2.1. Eligibility:

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

• 2.2. Prohibited Activities:

  • Users may not:

    • Use our website for fraudulent purposes.

    • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

    • Upload malware or engage in hacking attempts.

• 3.2. Client Usage Rights:

  • Clients receive personal usage rights to their photos and videos but may not sell, alter, or distribute them for commercial use without Ahnwyn Studios' written consent.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

• 4.1. Service Limitations:

  • While Ahnwyn Studios strives for excellence, we are not responsible for factors outside our control, such as weather, venue restrictions, guest interference, or event timeline delays.

• 4.2. Limitation of Liability:

  • Ahnwyn Studios shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or website access.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• 5.1. Information Collection:

  • We collect and store client details for service-related purposes only. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
